- JTJulian TobarApr 12, 20265.0Bono ( My pup ) told he heard about " National Pet Day " at Chick-fil-A " today ( You get a Bandana if you bring your pup ). What he didn't tell me was NOT all locations were participating 🤬 1hr 20min later BINGO , then 10min after that 😑😄 I have allll these locations but this was the only one I could find in my area I did call around and most didn't even know what I was talking about 😯 But this location told me " Yes " but again when I got there the servers in the drive thru didn't know either. But luckily they just told me to pull up and ask. I didn't get the name of the employee who didn't initially see what I was looking for but took the time to go look. Even gave us a toy It's not the locations fault I don't think but maybe the Marketing Dept need to get the word out But in the end , was really happy . I unfortunately didn't eat here ( got hungry at the second location that we went to 😄 )

- ABAmanda BoisaubinMar 12, 20262.0It’s still Chick-fil-A, which is the only reason this location gets two stars. Unfortunately, this particular restaurant really needs some serious improvement. They very consistently forget something in our order. At this point it’s honestly become a running joke in our family about whether we’ll actually get our whole order when we go. We keep coming back because it’s the closest location to our house, but it’s getting to the point where it’s just not worth the frustration. Almost every visit something is missing or incorrect. I always report it through the app, and while they usually give a reward for the missing item, the problem itself never seems to improve. The occasional mistake is understandable, but when it happens this often it’s clearly a pattern. This location just isn’t living up to the standard people expect from Chick-fil-A. Do better.
