  This is the 1st Chick-fil-A that I’ve been to where the cashier specifically Monica was rude very rude and that was the 1st time I been to this location. 2nd time I order a large fry I walk out look down in the bag….. it’s NOT EVEN FULL! I took pics cause I planned on going back to complain but I just said forgot it, however TODAY took the cake my uber is going to take sometime so I go in 3rd time coming I ask for a small cup of ice which I know is free because of the 1st 2 times I’ve come here…. I saw her ringing me up She said I gotta charge you unless you make a purchase. I said oh no I am I just wanted a cup of ice and I’ll place my order in a sec then I just stopped and said don’t worry about…cause forgot being charge for the cup that’s free it’s just how they rude and ignore you speaking to each other you have a smellll issue. I personally will NEVER Come here again what made me come back after the 1st 2 times was this older Spanish lady that cleans and serves you with the BIGGEST SMILE (shes not like old old but older and sooo sweet) and needs more money ok but in general they RUDE FOR NO REASON! The 3 stars is because of the Spanish lady cleaning and busting tables like she getting tips; ofcourse the food is the same but Chick-fil-A STANDARD/ATTITUDE NOT THE SAME.

  Norma nos atendió muy amable en todo momento estamos muy agradecidos de tener empleados como ella todos los demás debería de ser más amables y atentos como Norma

  Estamos muy agradecidos con la atención de Normal es el primer Chick-fil-A en que nos atienden tan bien con tanta amabilidad y muy atenta todos deberían de ser tan amables como NORMA 💕

  There’s girls outside just walking up to take peoples order sticking their heads in their vehicles and management doesn’t do anything about it they’re very unprofessional here we do not want their funky breath in our vehicles please address this matter very disrespectful towards customers

  I called because I am allergic to grape tomatoes, I asked for them to be removed from my salad and to add strawberries. It was on every label but for some reason it wasn’t actually accommodated. Sergio is who answered the phone and he answered with an attitude and as if it was his personal phone which confused me to if I was even calling chick fil a or had the wrong number. This is not chick fil a service. It’s one thing to make the wrong salad and put the correct label on there… mistakes happen, I guess. It’s another thing to answer the phone as if it’s my fault the salad was made wrong. If you hate your job, please find a new one because taking it out on the customer AFTER messing up their order is actually crazy
