  This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever dealt with. They messed my order up 2 days in a row & then said there wasn't anything they could do. Never had a bad experience with Chick-fil-A until this store. Yall need to do better, this is ridiculous.

  I was under the impression that the remodel was going to make service more efficient. What’s the point of placing a mobile order if you’re going to wait after drive thru is cleared. Team member didn’t greet or say thank you. She had a mask on and looked like she didn’t want to be there.

  I've never ever had such a bad experience with staff let alone struggle to get my food. Worst chic fil a ever the staff doesn't belong here it'll just ruin the companies reputation that I and all other customers really appreciate. Like damn I cant even belive im taking time out of my day to write this that's how bad the staff was. I can totally see where reviewers come from now, needing to let people know about a places reputation. Unbelievable that workers can't even have the audacity to have an ounce of kindness and customer care, to me it felt like they didn't even care at all. Good luck to anyone that comes here.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Because I called and asked about my order that was picked up by someone else 2 times instead of the person who was delivering my food and when I called and asked about it they were rude and gave me excuses and said “due to the weather it just effects our employees service” - how does rain effect your service? You can still be a kind person. And you can still do your job. I’m no longer coming here or ordering here at this location.

  They used to be so nice even when they would accidentally get items wrong ✨ but what I don’t appreciate is when they accidentally get an item wrong and they don’t apologize. I had got a spicy deluxe and they forgot the cheese, whatever, I didn’t trip and I didn’t go back because i understand things happen. This time they accidentally got my drink wrong, I told them but they were just so rude about it with no apology, I can tell by the tone and look on their face that they had assumed I had messed up the order. I miss the old crew before the remodel. Service has really gone downhill.
