- BBBonnie6 days ago1.0I placed an order at the front desk with server Yesenia I. Throughout the service, she was laughing with another server beside her, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, she wrote my name on the receipt incorrectly and which I find very offensive. I do not believe this was due to noise or misunderstanding, as I have been served by this same employee about four times, and she has written my name this way each time. On one occasion, she also entered my order incorrectly.
