- BEBacker EspinaApr 14, 20261.0Today at George Bush Airport, I purchased my meal at 4:15 am, Since I’m on my way to Camp Pendleton, I wanted to eat something before arriving. I waited for over 25 minutes, and my flight was about to depart. I politely asked what had happened to my order, and—with obvious reluctance—they told me it wasn't ready. I repeated that my flight was leaving soon, but they ignored me. I then politely asked them to cancel my order. At that very moment, my order came out; however, they chose to throw it in the trash and refund my money—even though they could have simply handed me the food and kept the payment. The three of them were laughing about the situation and behaving very unprofessionally. Now I have to leave without having eaten, simply because the three of them decided it should be so. It was a terrible experience, and I really needed that meal. I do not believe this constitutes proper treatment for someone heading to training who needs food as a source of energy
