  Ive been going to this location for over 20+ years and it has tremendously gone down hill. Sometime the fries are undercooked and mushy and there are certain employees that always have some weird attitude. Recently I went to pick up food for my family. 2 of us had a spicy chicken sandwich and ended up with severe diarrhea. With that said I will be finding a new location to go to

  Since I can't find my review I'll post again, last night 4/4/26 I was door dashing and I waited 30 min to get my order at the drive through and all for them to give the wrong order and when I told them, they took it back just for them to tell me that they gave the order to someone els and they're not remaking the order. I lost $20 from the door dash and my customer didn't get her food

  Went through the drive-thru and had a pretty disappointing experience. The employee handing out food walked away, and the other woman (who seemed like a manager) said she “couldn’t reach,” so I had to open my car door just to get my order… which was awkward and unnecessary. After that, I was asked to pull forward to wait on a kale crunch, which is fine — but when I politely asked how long it would take, she completely ignored me at first and made me repeat myself. The overall attitude felt dismissive and not friendly at all. I usually expect much better service from Chick-fil-A, so this was definitely not the experience I’m used to. Hopefully management can address this so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A today. I went through the drive-through and ordered a crispy chicken wrap. Normally this location is quick, but this time they asked me to pull into a waiting spot and said my food would be out shortly. I ended up waiting almost 15 minutes. No one came out, and I was on my lunch break, so I finally had to get out of my car and find a worker. She called it in, and then someone eventually brought my food. I asked if they could refund my card since the wait took up most of my break. The employee said he would go ask, but instead I watched him start delivering food to other cars in the drive-through line. At that point I was frustrated and just left. The customer service today was very poor, and the whole point of a drive-through is to be in and out. Making customers wait that long with no communication is unacceptable.

  Yesterday, 3/26/2026 I came to dine in with my family and my sons friend at this location and Chick-fil-A always gives us refills and my wife and I purchased the new Chick-fil-A Jalepeno ranch sandwich and they were offering it with a strawberry hibiscus sprite so we both ordered it…apparently it was a limited special…so before we left my wife wanted a refill with sprite and mind you the drink is being advertised with clear cup, not a styrofoam cup so when I walked up to request a refill the girl says, those cups are only for water, I said I did not ask for this cup, you gave me this cup…why did you give me this cup if you were not going to refill it with a fountain drink…I was so upset, this girl was wearing a dark gray shirt, she must have been a lead but someone needs to talk to this manager here and ask them not to be using clear cups if they don’t want to give us refills…my son and his friend got refills but their cups were white styrofoam cups…I will never come back to this location and I know this review won’t affect it because they are super busy but you need to review the leads you have
