The drive-through staff completely missed the mark. The younger Hispanic male with glasses taking orders in the drive-through lane came across as argumentative and impatient from the start. Instead of listening and helping, he seemed more interested in correcting and talking over me. It felt unnecessarily confrontational for what should have been a simple interaction. Unfortunately, things didn’t improve at the window. The older Hispanic woman working there was just as rude and dismissive. She barely acknowledged what I was saying, brushed off my concerns, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. Overall, the entire experience felt unwelcoming and frustrating. I left wondering if Chick-fil-A has changed its standards, because this was far from the polite, respectful service they’re known for. Definitely not what I expected, and honestly, not acceptable.
