  I love this location and the staff. I come here everyday and the staff remembers me by name. I like to eat ice, I always ask for a large cup of ice. Today I had a cup of ice waiting for me with my food. This made my day.

  i typically order here all the time while at work and this time for breakfast i was physically unpleased and disgusted due to the chicken not being cooked all the way. when i tasted it i immediately knew it wasn’t right and looked down and was so disgusted.

  I put in a late night order and got pulled over by Kemah police on the way. My ETA soon read 10:00 pm (when they close mobile thru) and I called ahead to the team lead, they were so accommodating and immediately got my order ready so I could grab it when I pulled up! I appreciate this location so much, it’s my go-to!! You guys are absolutely awesome!!

  I placed an order on the app. When I pulled in, I was 3rd in line at the pickup window, and I noticed a sack on the counter at the window. There are 2 lanes near the pickup station. The associate was talking to the first car in line. It took 4... 5+ minutes with the line behind me getting longer with 4+ cars that I could see and nobody was getting their order. Other Chic-fil-A restaurants I've been to have associates bringing food to people waiting in line, not here at around 10am. When I finally got to the window, the sack that had been sitting on the counter the whole time I was there turned out to be mine!! Plus, my large tea wasn't full! The service was not normal for Chic-fil-A. The chicken inside my biscuit was very dark, but it tasted great. The hash browns were barely warm, and the tea was great. Thankfully, I don't live near this Chic-fil-A. I hope it was not a normal situation.

  Ordered ahead - Wanted to try a new menu item. This parking lot is insanity. Just getting to the curbside pick - up space was a nightmare. After all that and then finding your order WRONG is so upsetting. I called the store and asked for a partial refund due to the mistake. They told me to come back up there. Um, no.. That's my valuable time wasted and I have a job I had to get back to. Can't say if food was any good because I didn't get what I ordered.
