- AMAlejandro M5 days ago1.0Went at 10 I guess the lobby closes at that time which is fine no problem with that but a whole baseball team with like 30 people was let in and when I tried to go in lady just stared at me cool I walked off literally not even 30 second later a group of 5 people were let in and this lady literally unlocked the door for them but locked me out

Apart from them having a sign that they can deny service to rude people yet they don’t see their employees don’t have the friendliness. I always order through my table to avoid the bug line, second time coming in and same attitude from employees that seems like they don’t want to be here. I tried talking to the young man that brought my order because I was missing my drinks. He completely ignores me and walks away. I had to go the front to get them and they were placed in the to go orders just sitting there. I rather drive further for good customer service they seem like they don’t like working here.

They will at times leave a whole item out or just give me the wrong order. I don’t usually leave reviews but wow they are so bad I had to leave one.

They’re not warm and welcome in this location.
