I just got off the phone with the manager about a poor catering experience. The manager did not care about the situation. I’ll avoid this location as this is not my first negative experience.
- ATApril T.Mar 24, 20263.0It was cold when I decided to go last week and I had to order at the box because they weren't outside to take my order. That was disappointing. Not because I want them to suffer but because in the over 5 years I've been randomly going to CFL they've always been out to take my order, even in the rain. Then my food was just meh... The hashbrowns were greasy and cold at the end of my 7 minute drive home and I never realized that I was spending over $9 for 4 nuggets, rolls, tater tots and a drink. I don't know that the value was there, AND when I got around to get my food they walked off with my phone which was a small annoyance. I wish I would have just went to whataburger and got a honey butter chicken biscuit, drink and hashbrowns... saved myself $2 and 3 minutes off my drive home.
