When we contacted the store we immediately got shut down by the employee and kept getting cut off and being told we needed to contact doordash since ordering on the app delivery means this is a third party issue. No clear or genuine apologies were given or even an explanation. --- that would of gone a really long way since it was a funny situation until we contacted the store. Thankfully doordash understood the ridiculous situation and was able to help us out. Please be more mindful and respectful when it comes to addressing issues that completely are your stores fault. This did not need to be dealt with rudeness -- there is alot that a store can't handle when you are using third parties but this is not one of them I hope yall do better going forward

After waiting for a while, I noticed on my phone that the order was canceled, saying that the Dasher had a personal issue and could not deliver the food. Instead of them sending the food with another Dasher they just canceled my order. I had to drive to a different Chick-fil-A. I can see why this location has so many bad reviews. The customer service is really really bad. Hopefully they’ll get their act together.
