  I reported a complaint to Checkers about this location and the horrible “shift manager” KEITH but they ignored it and never got back to me. However JOSE ESTRADA went above and beyond what he had to do in terms of customer service so I wanted to give him a shout out and an awesome review keep being you JOSE!!! KEITH is the problem at this location.

  People where nice, food was horrible, fries and monterella sticks tasted like funnel cake friend and was honestly gross and my vanilla milkshake tasted like caramel and when I said something about both of these I was told that it was my problem and they didn’t have the staff to make sure that there was no flavor cross contamination in not sure that’s the best wording but on top of that they re made my vanilla milkshake which again tasted like caramel and terrible at that. If I order something I kinda expect to get something close to that. Funnel flavored motzrella sticks and Carmel flavored milk shake just come off like they don’t clean or care about anything in that store. I see why checkers are shutting down across the us if this is the standard.

  Jose Estrada was super nice and patient with me. I had my kids that was cranky and couldn’t make their mind up. Jose suggested some choices and they went for it and even hyped them up for their choices. He completely help me out just for those couple of seconds. Very cool guy. Very professional. Definitely coming back soon🫶🏽

  I had a really good experience at this Checkers. Manager Jose Estrada was on top of everything—making sure orders were correct and customers were taken care of. The line moved fast, and the staff was friendly. It’s nice to see a manager who really pays attention and keeps things running smoothly.

  I’ve been craving this place for a long time and finally I got to eat here and my experience was terrible the food was not fresh at all I ordered the 10 piece buffalo wings with fries and the food was very cold it’s like yall just threw my order together then I order the chicken bites box for my children the bites were cold I’m glad I finally got the chance to eat here I will never be returning back here again!!!👎
