  They have a sign for Four piece for $ 2. When when inside they sai you have buy combo. Very disappointed.

  I was really disappointed this time. I remember this place being much better in the past, but my Philly cheesesteak just did not hit the same. The flavor felt off and there was barely enough meat to make it satisfying. The portion of fries was small too, which did not help. I also tried the garlic parmesan boneless wings and did not enjoy those either. Overall, it was a letdown compared to what I remember, and not worth repeating for me.

  Walked in to get a milkshake and NO worker inside whatsoever had me and 2 other people confused. Called the store cause maybe I thought they were in the back but nothing. Waited couple mins then 2 young ladies walked in with canes meals! and took our order. Will never be coming here again due to my safety. Will be going to a different location cause the milkshakes are soo good😩

  Best Philly cheesesteak I've had in htown. Generous portions! Will definitely be back to try other versions of philly cheesesteak!

  I went to the Charley's on 1710 Broadway Pearland, Texas 77581. I will not be going back to this establishment. I ordered my meal and left with half of it. There was a language barrier and the cashier didn't understand me because I didn't get what I paid for and I didn't understand her either. I'm very upset that this happened and feel like I wasted my time waiting for this food that I didn't order. I explained to the cashier that she got my order wrong and she was trying to convince me that she gave me what I ordered. I didn't want to make a scene so I left with "the order". She should've corrected her mistake and given me what I asked for instead of arguing with me. She should be trained on customer service. Very disappointing.
