  Osman is amazing. He is the most amazing manager. He got your and will take care of you. Just make sure when you need anything ask for him and he will help you out all the way.

  I was not impressed, what I ordered looked nothing at all like the picture. Then they asked did I want the ingredients that were listed next to the picture like they were extra. Any way, I ate it, it was horrible. I went back a week later just in case it was a bad day for them...it wasn't. Sorry Charley.

  I have explored countless of Charleys in my lifetime but I have never left with such a wide smile in my life after this experience at this location. I walked into the Willowbrook Mall starving and wanting something tasty and fast I look to my left and there it is. Charleys, I walked over and a kind lady asked how was my day and asked what i wanted. She looked like she was excited to give me the food snd she spoke so confidently but with a comforting tone like I was at my own house. She served me the food real fast and props to the cooks in the back laughing and making the food nice and tasty. Looking over i saw that the establishment was clean and sanitary. I took a bite of the food and I got the same taste from my hometown deli. I left the mall satisfied not only because I bought the stuff that I wanted to get, but because the Charleys at this location left me happy and satisfied like I was a kid again. 5 out of 5 Stars
