  Good morning. I had a horrible experience this morning. As a women. I had an emergency and needed to use the restroom. And was willing to pay for an item on the menu because i know this area is an “customers only” area. I was told by the morning female hispanic staff that the bathroom was staff only. Even though i have used it there before. For me it could have been two things. Either the employee was lazy and didn’t want to make anything. Or she was racist and did not want to assist a black women. Either way it was unacceptable especially given that there was a sign on the door that said customers only. The attitude was uncalled for and the lack of empathy was unacceptable. I can see why this particular store never has any business

  Me atendieron faltando 5 minutos para cerrar sorry 😅 no me había fijado en la hora pero estaba bueno el Sándwich 🥪.

  The Ultimate Fries are fries topped with ranch, cheese, and bacon 🥓. It's $4 but it's definitely delicious. The Chicken Philly with jalapenos 😋: a chicken Philly that I added jalapenos to it, I removed the onions and tomatoes (I don't like either of those). The jalapenos had the right amount jalapenos, and cheese 🧀. Order made fresh, fast and through the app, I got a special code for a $10 Big Meal. This was definitely worth the trip 😉

  I went at night and it seemed like it was closed. No one was at the front counter it took them a while to notice i was there i guess. There was food under the tables which made me think if there was no customers what was keeping them from clening the lobby. The cashier did not greet me or anything he just stared at me. I asked for the manager she came out looking grumpy, no smile, making the experiemce more awkward. I was going to order some food but just by seeing the employees it was discouraging and sad so i left. LAZY EMPLOYEES

  Customer service is top notch. I had a Philly cheesecake combo (10/10), boneless garlic parm chicken(4/10) n lemonade(10/10). Restaurant clean n good vibes. (10/10)
