  Came in today 22APR24, had the lobster Ravoli. Brooke was my waitress, she did a very exceptional job. She makes it feels like family up there. Actually everyone does but particularly Brooke. She always knows her stuff, what’s good and what’s the best bang for the buck. Always helps me with my diner rewards aswell, again recommended by her to use since I’m there quite often. Good job Brooke keep up the hard work!!

  Came here for my wife’s favorite comfort meal- the Chicken Bryan. We’ve not been to this location for a while and wanted to revisit an old favorite. The bread, soup and salad were all great. The quite expensive Chicken Bryan ($25.99) with up-charged spinach ($1.99) and Chicken Pollo Rosa (also $26.99) with steamed broccoli were quite mid. The spinach and both chicken items were EXTREMELY salty. The broccoli was devoid of flavor and overcooked. Maybe the broccoli HAD flavor, but I couldn’t taste it with all of the salt on the chicken, not sure. Luckily, the manager Lindsay came over and was extremely gracious and refunded half our meal and gifted us some cards for a return visit. Were it not for Lindsay this would be a “1-star-never-return” location for us. 2 stars for soup and salad which we both enjoyed.

  Sitting outside on a nice day eating great food was a great way to enjoy our evening. We got there early to make it on time to our Wednesday evening Bible study. 5:07 arrival and at 5:30 we still had not gotten water, bread, our order wasn’t taken while the other two tables had all of the above done. I write my full order on a kids menu and talk with the manager and give him my order because it was not fair that everyone else was getting served except us. I kid you not, bread, salad, appetizer came out right away and our food was served fresh/hot 10 min later! Bill was closed in a timely manner and the manager apologized for the staff miscommunication. It would have been better to have a more leisurely experience BUT, I am beyond impressed with this manager and all the staff who made sure to make things right. We made it out of there on time and everything was delicious as always. Sometimes when a negative experience happens you get to see a restaurant shine with the way they handle things. Big thanks to the manager for saving the night and the host who let us borrow his pen to work on homework and to jot our order down. 5 out of 5 stars as always.

  My Lasagna was warm not hot when it served but it was good, my sister's Crab cakes was cold and not good also she's ordered a Expresso Dirty Martini didn't wasn't made right like it showed in the picture she realized they don't know how to make it right which was fine and our waitress was excellent she did a wonderful job she was a waitress for like 5-6 tables and kept on checking up on us is we needed anything she's definitely rated 5 stars and we will be back here soon

  Cary made our experience at Carrabba’s absolutely outstanding. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu well and gave great recommendations that turned out to be spot on. What really stood out was his attention to detail—our drinks were always refilled on time, he checked in without being overbearing, and made sure everything came out exactly right. You can tell he truly cares about his guests having a great experience. Great service like that makes all the difference, and Cary definitely delivered. We’ll be back, and we’ll be asking for him.
