IF THEY CAN CUT THEIR GRASS, they could double their profits. Everyone thinks the establishment is closed down.
The food and portion sizes are good!
For the love of God, cut your grass!

Completely horrendous experience. Was charged at the door for entry, the bartenders didn’t know what was going on or how to operate with a crowd. It took 15 minutes for my friend to get a MODELO and the bartender was snappy and rude. This place is NOT READY to host events/customers and should completely reevaluate their goals as an establishment in HOUSTON. I was even threatened to be charged $5 more to enter again after walking my friends outside. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS PLACE AND NOW I SEE WHY. DO NOT COME HERE! How do your bartenders not know how to make drinks or a BEER? Please close it down!

My husband and I went to this location today at 7pm, and we walked in and stood around for a little longer than 10 minutes and we never saw a single person. There were no customers or staff. We were hopeful because we drove 40 mins to try it but it was seemingly empty. The place did appear spacious and nice. The menu that we reviewed at the kiosk was also limited also.

No one greeted us, we cleaned off a table and self seated. Took an hour to get food after going to bar to order and directed to a kiosk with a limited menu. Limited staff and no service no hookah. Mac and cheese tasted store bought, catfish was salty. We left that food right there and went to the Southside of Houston and had a ball…

I made a reservation several weeks in advance for a 70th birthday celebration and later adjusted the date. The week of the event, I was contacted to confirm the wrong date and name on the reservation, which was the first sign of poor organization.
During that call, I asked about bringing a cake and was told there would be a cake fee. However, they were reluctant to provide basic items like a knife, plates, or forks. I was also informed the restaurant would be hosting a spring break/rodeo brunch with DJs and a much younger crowd during our reservation time, which made it seem like they were not interested in hosting a 70th birthday celebration.
The day before the event, they contacted me again to say there had been an accident with the gas line and the menu would be extremely limited to only fried rice or pineapple bowls. With a group already planned, it was difficult to change venues at that point.
When we arrived, they immediately collected the cake fee even though no actual cake service was provided and it should have been refunded. The limited menu items were overpriced, drinks had to be ordered separately at the bar, and we were told they could accept cash but could not give change. One guest ordered the pineapple bowl and it was extremely disappointing and not eaten due to the poor quality.
I had visited this restaurant twice before and it was fairly quiet each time, which made the lack of accommodation for a planned celebration even more surprising.
Due to all of these issues, we ultimately moved the celebration next door at the last minute, which turned out to be the best decision. Unfortunately, this experience ensured it will be my last visit.
