  literally drove 20 minutes, already having a day, just for them to tell me when i got there they ran out of the wing sauce i ordered online without calling me or anything. they seriously tried to give me dry wings and then gonna ask if i want a different sauce… you already prepared and bagged it, why would i want to wait again for yall to remake the wings. waste of time, won’t be back.

  Customer service all around is horrible, waiting tables, serving tables and catering to them isn't worth my money. I come here atleast 3 times a month and wait 10 - 15 to even be approached every single time. Im leaving a review this time because I waited 20 minutes to be approached so Im done with this location. I would never recommend to anyone!

  I will be making police report today, since I didn’t not receive my food nor money refunded! Trust me if I steal from them they would do the same. So unfortunately they treat customers so lousy! And the managers thinks it’s funny!

  Probably worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. There weren’t even many people in the restaurant and we still waited a long time just for the food to be cold and dry. The chicken in the chicken wrap was super dry, the tortilla was falling apart. The fries were hard and dry, the kids Mac and cheese looked old and it looked like it was made in the morning, refrigerated and microwaved. The street tacos were not dressed up well, the sauces were ok but the tortillas were not heated up. The cookie pan ice cream dessert was horrible as well. It was completely much and raw not just in the middle but the entire cookie. The only part that seemed cooked was the outer layer the rest was like mashed potatoes. The menu needs to be looked at badly and there needs to be a cooking standard or something. I never knew Buffalo Wild Wings was that bad i will not be going back for food.

  GARBAGE. Never going back again, waitress was rude and careless she took 20min just to bring my drinks out, then another 20 for my sampler that came out cold. Finally after almost 45 min there she brought out my wings WRONG she said it was “BOGO” then I ordered traditional and she brought out boneless wings she tried to argue with me with what I ordered like I myself Not know I hate BONELESS wings and told me i ordered them, any how the service was garbage and so was the food, Do not go there.
