  10 out of 10 stars for the bartender, Josh. Great personality, quick to put your order in and get your food to you. Even better, the wings were temperature HOT and covered in sauce! The way wings should be! Josh, mayor shout out! One of, if not, the best Buffalo Wild Wings experience I’ve ever had.

  The pickup service is terrible; they forgot to include a regular order of fries and asked me to return to the store—right when I was already far away from the place.

  I came into Buffalo Wild Wings a few days ago with a few colleagues. We were there to pick up our dinner after a pretty heavy shift at the hospital. Our cashier was named Gabby, immediately she was so welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Within a few minutes our food was ready to go and Gabby even double checked to see if everything was in the bag. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for an efficient experience and I look forward to doing more orders with you all.

  I have to say unfortunately my order wasn’t to my standards everytime I come It’s a hit or miss with my add ons but majority MISS and am always waiting when I have previously ordered ahead of time for a reason even when it is empty in the building I never understand the hold up !! Luckily the young lady who helped me out in togo section completely made my experience and made up for the unsatisfactory overall. I believe her name was gabby, but she made sure I had everything I needed and double checked everything for me, she was very patient and had overall outstanding customer service. She deserves to be in a better place rather than in ToGo section here at Buffalo Wild Wings with those great communication skills, I almost forgot that I was waiting for PREORDERED meal thanks to her. Good job to her!!!

  I placed an online order Saturday night. Came in to take out where I was Greeted by a young lady who had her bully showing and back out. She had her shirt rolled up like she was working at hooters are a night club. Very unprofessional and rude nasty attitude forgot to give me ranch and when I asked for it she told me 1.00 for ranch the whole time I had paid for ranch. She gave me the reach and walked off with an attitude. She came back with my food and start talking to the other young boy that was with her she was talking shit about another co worker. At this point I was reading her lips and she need to find another job me and my wife never seen anything like this before and we always coming here. Bring back the cashiers before her she needs another job. I will be calling corporate on her.
