  To spend over $30 for wings and to be charged for a ranch is actually ridiculous. When have you ever ordered wings and a ranch or blue cheese was not included? I’m sorry, ridiculous.

  Came here on Friday 4/10/26@ like 12:15 with my client was gonna dine in but once it took like 15-20 minutes to get some help we ordered it to go, instead of dining in due to I still had to drop my client back off & clock out for the day!, I ordered the Ultimate Sampler which was cheese curds, which weren't cooked all the way, soggy, as well as the fried pickles, the onion rings & medium flats were okay, next time I'll be checking my order before I leave regardless if I've too clock out or not on that note😡😡

  Food not like in Chicago, may be its the way they cook that way. Location isn’t traditional BW you have seeing in everywhere. Lil different designed and built 2 floors. Other than that all good

  We work in the retail/server industry so we understand being busy, especially on a holiday, call outs, rude customers, etc. we get it, we've lived it, but we would never treat customers this way. The one thing that is absolutely unacceptable is not acknowledging a customer. It was Easter Sunday. When we walked in it was busy, around 7 full tables, a few people at the bar, so we expected to not be acknowledged for a few minutes. We stood by table 94 for 10 minutes with our scooters. Theres no way they didn't see us. Then to be walked passed at least 20 times, no "Hi", no "I will be right with you", nothing, is extremely rude and unprofessional. We sat down, hoping someone would finally say something to us, we were ignored. Then after waiting 45 minutes, with two tables of people left and still no acknowledgement, that is unacceptable. Finally Cory showed up and took control of us and the 5 tables that walked in after us, by himself, calmly and professionally. Maddy on the other hand was rude and didnt seem to know what she was doing, or was picking and choosing who she served. The guy who wasn't supposed to be serving did come over, after the 45 mins, and offered us drinks and a menu but never brought them. It was like we didn't exist to those two. I am very impressed with what a great server Cory is. As I write this hes working with 8 tables, including us, with minimal help. Maddy on the other hand probably needs some more training and definitely an attitude adjustment.

  I called to place a pick up order and got transferred 3 different times. It gave like they didn’t feel like taking my order because each time i said “i’m calling to place an order.” they say “oh hold on .” and puts me on hold. I just hung up because i already know the food gone be trash. New management and staffed needed immediately. They don’t have district managers that inspect weekly???? Like look at these reviews.
