  They are very short staffed and be prepared to wait more than an hour for your food to come out. That’s even if it’s your correct order or it comes out very cold. I was there for an hour waiting for my food ..another customer came in and got their food before me and they ordered a lot of things. I asked my server what’s going on with my order and she said it’s not ready yet … it was only 6 wings. I was like how does everyone else get their food before me and i was there longer. I saw other customers returning their food due to how cold it was. I have given this location many chances this is not the first time. Last time we were walking in and a table was leaving without getting their food .. they made a comment stating they waited 2hrs with no food to just Leave.. we sat for about 30 min with nobody coming to our table .. we left.

  I called in a simple to-go order and was on the phone for about 10 minutes because the employee kept getting it confused. The order was just two boneless wing meals with fries. When I arrived, the order was wrong—they gave me bone-in wings instead of boneless. When I asked to have it corrected, I was told I would need to place a whole new order and pay again, even though the mistake was on their end. That’s extremely frustrating and poor customer service. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix it without charging the customer again is unacceptable.

  Absolute trash service. Host told us only “one side” was open, so we had to choose 1 table out of all of the extremely dirty tables. No one came to us until 10 minutes when a server just comes and drops off 3 menus on the dirty tables, did NOT even greet us, or offer to clean the table or anything. We decided to not hover over our filthy sticky table any longer so we left.

  Recently visited this location and my experience was decent. There was no employee at the counter when I arrived and a line of doordash and Uber eats drivers waiting. I ordered the 2 for 19.99 but there was an upcharge for every item I ordered which wasn't explained. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars overall because Mr T was very helpful and made sure I got everything I ordered.

  I was disappointed by how a very small request was handled. I ordered 20 lemon pepper wings, but there was no place in the app to note that I wanted Parmesan garlic on the side. That is why I called the store right after placing the order. I understood the wings had already been prepared, so I was not asking for them to remake anything. I simply asked for a side of Parmesan garlic, and I was told it would cost extra. What made that frustrating is that the lemon pepper was just a light dry seasoning, and Buffalo Wild Wings usually allows customers to enjoy multiple flavors. This felt like a very minor request that should have been handled with a little more flexibility. I have spent a lot of money with Buffalo Wild Wings over time, and this interaction left me feeling like customer loyalty did not matter. Management may want to talk with staff about how to handle small requests without unnecessary back-and-forth. The little things matter.
