  Unfortunately I couldn't leave this place 5 stars. The server never came back to take our order or ask if we needed anything considering we were the only ones in there! The pins are on a string system so there is no "pin action" so if you come here hoping to get some good games in then think again. Overall the atmosphere is awesome it feels great being in here but so many other factors ruined the experience for me. I definitely wont recommend this place to all my bowling buddies.

  Our friend had her birthday party here. She reserved 4 lanes and had a private buffet with appetizers, hot dogs, and pizza for her guests. The food was really good. Loved the hummus and spinach and artichoke dip. The hot dogs were very good, more like a sausage than a hot dog. I’ll be honest, the bread choice for the dogs was a little strange, but overall, I enjoyed it. The pizza was OK. Better than Papa John’s, but I’d probably take Costco over it again if given a choice. The bowling was a lot of fun. The house balls and shoes were in good shape. The party package had play based on time instead of by games so everyone got to play for as long as they wanted to. The bowling alley was clean and had comfortable, warm, ambient lighting. There was music in the background playing that was fun but not so loud that you couldn’t have a conversation between turns. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. They’re tucked away down one side of the bowling alley, so expect a walk. I had to dock one star on service. There was an open tab for the bar for the party but it was difficult to find our server to place a drink order. I was driving that night, so I drank tea and water, but I had to go to the bar for refills. I don’t mind doing it, but if we have a server just for the party, it would be nice to see them often enough to order a drink refill.

  Had such a great time at bowling tonight! 🎳 The atmosphere was fun, the lanes were clean, and everything ran smoothly. A special shoutout to our waitress Kaila who provided amazing service all night. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever missing a beat. Her positive attitude really made the experience even better. If you’re coming here, definitely ask for Kaila, she’ll take great care of you! 😊

  Have been trying to make a reservation at this place. Number doesn’t work, the email contact box doesn’t work, just feel like you have to show up and hopefully have enough space for your party.

  We had such a fun time at Bowl & Barrel in Houston. It was perfect for a team outing—good vibes, great service, and everyone got way too competitive in the best way. The food and drinks were solid, the lanes were clean, and the whole place just made it easy to relax and have a blast. Definitely a go‑to spot for group events.
