The place is beautiful! If feels like a comfy place to read or have a nice coffee date. Had a latte, it was ok, I was expecting more for the price. All the pastries looked beautiful, I chose the pain ou chocolate and the blueberry cheesecake. The pain ou chocolate was very good but the cheesecake was amazing!! Definitely would recommend! My only complaint is that the staff was constantly asking us if we were about to leave, so I felt pressured to finish everything quickly.

My recent visit to this five-star hotel café was deeply disappointing. Although the space presents itself as refined and upscale, the level of service did not reflect the standards one would expect from a property of this caliber. The most concerning aspect of the experience was the behavior of the café manager, Vanessa. She was visibly unfriendly and dismissive, interacting with guests in a curt and unwelcoming manner. Even more troubling was the way she spoke to the baristas. Her tone toward them was sharp and unprofessional, creating a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere that was noticeable to customers. It is difficult to enjoy a visit when the environment feels strained and poorly led. Service efficiency was also a significant issue. The drinks took far longer than expected to be prepared, and the pastries were delayed well beyond a reasonable timeframe for a café setting. There was no acknowledgment of the delay or effort made to manage expectations, which only added to the frustration. Additionally, we overheard staff speaking negatively about a customer. Regardless of the circumstances, such conversations should never take place within earshot of guests. This behavior further contributed to an environment that felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I would, however, like to commend Jenna, the barista with long black hair, who stood out for her warmth and professionalism. She remained welcoming, patient, and courteous despite the atmosphere, and her genuine hospitality was the only part of the visit that reflected the five-star standard the hotel promotes. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not choose to return. A five-star establishment should demonstrate excellence not only in its offerings but also in leadership, service efficiency, and respect toward both guests and staff. I hope hotel management carefully reviews these concerns and takes meaningful steps to improve the environment for everyone involved.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this five-star hotel café. While the setting and branding suggest a premium standard, the service fell far below expectations. The primary issue was the conduct of the café manager, Vanessa. She was noticeably rude, unfriendly, and dismissive throughout my visit. Her tone toward guests was curt, and more concerning was the way she spoke to the baristas. She addressed them in a sharp and unprofessional manner, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for both staff and customers. It was clear that the team felt tense, which directly affected the overall experience. In addition, the wait times were unacceptable for a property of this caliber. Our drinks took an excessive amount of time to prepare, and the pastries were delayed well beyond what would be considered reasonable for a café setting. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay, which only added to the frustration. A five-star establishment should reflect excellence not only in product quality but also in leadership, efficiency, and hospitality. Unfortunately, the management style and operational delays I witnessed did not align with those standards. Respectful communication, professionalism, and timely service are essential in hospitality, and this café failed to deliver on all three. I hope hotel leadership takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly, as both staff and guests deserve a far more welcoming and efficient environment. I would also like to recognize one of the baristas — a woman with long black hair — who was exceptionally welcoming and kind. Despite the tense atmosphere, she remained warm, attentive, and professional throughout the interaction. She greeted guests with a genuine smile and handled orders calmly and efficiently. Her positive attitude stood out and was the only part of the experience that reflected the level of hospitality expected from a five-star establishment. She deserves recognition for maintaining such professionalism under difficult circumstances.
