  The service here is unacceptable. The servers and bartenders are dismissive, and there is a clear lack of care in providing a quality dining experience.

  Victoria was an absolute DELIGHT. She was so, so kind. Good service is becoming increasingly rare and she rocked! She also made great recommendations. We came during the happy hour and the ceviche was my favorite. The atmosphere was cool and it was packed for a Wednesday. Good vibes all around. Food came out quickly. I will be back. I’d highly recommend requesting Victoria as your server if possible.

  Been going here for years and it stays a solid staple I can keep coming back to. Highly recommend grabbing a Hawaiian roll and Lion King and then dipping the Lion King into the Hawaiian Roll sauce.

  This was my 2nd time being here and after the extremely slow service (off peak time) it’s doubtful I’ll be back. The manager was great she saw that I was sitting and waiting for way too long in the bar area without even acknowledgement. This was a complete opposite experience of my first experience. I had Andy who was fabulous and yes the food is okay but for the price point with happy hour. A decent deal!! However with super slow service (guy who was working the bar) and the food just being okay. I doubt I’ll ever be back. I write this as I’m still sitting here looking at one rangoon that I won’t even eat.

  The service is really bad here which makes me distrust the food preparation and handling. The staff is very slow and disinterested, as if every customer is bothering them. The Saki was poured from and open bottle out of the refrigerator and tasted very old. Sake, like wine, cannot be stored very long after opening. I will admit that the restaurant is decorated very well. So much potential here with much better staff.
