    This is the 2nd time I have ordered delivery from this location, and both times the order was not correct. My delivery today was missing half of the items we ordered!!! The bag was taped shut, but obviously, NOBODY checked the contents against the order list! Our frustration and anger are an understatement. I will never order delivery from here again. Very disappointed!!

    I’m very disappointed with my experience at Arby’s. I placed my order clearly, and the cashier repeated it back to me word for word, confirming exactly what I wanted and what I specifically did not want on my food. Unfortunately, when my order came out, it had the exact items on it that I clearly said I did not want. I brought it back so it could be corrected, and the cashier took it back to the kitchen. What made the situation worse is that when the corrected order came back, it was made completely plain, as if no one paid attention to what I originally asked for. At that point, it felt less like a mistake and more like an insult. I understand errors happen, but getting it wrong twice—especially after the order was confirmed back to me—shows a serious lack of communication and attention to customer service. I expected better.

    I ordered on Uber Eats app. All my food was cold (burger, fries, turnover). The burger was cold & dry. I didn't want lettuce, onion or pickles, but it all was on my burger. I ordered a shake & was told they don't have shakes. Sadly I ordered a large order of crinkle fries. They were cold. What a waste. I don't like burgers or fries heated in the microwave. Waste of money. I won't make the mistake of ordering from Arby's again.
