The drive thru is a horrible way to order here. Inside isn’t much better. It’s as if there’s only two workers there and they aren’t good ones. The whole store is unreliable and dirty. The service is as bad as it comes from the management down to the slow workers in the back and front. Nothing good to ever say about this location and should be shut down to stop disappointing customers.

This is the second time I've visited this place this year, and based on past experience, nothing has changed. Last time, I ordered the Baconator and a double with bacon. When I opened the burger, it looked very empty, so I looked inside and found only two small pieces of bacon, each about two inches long. I went to inform the person in charge, and their response was that this was the standard size because that's how the bacon pieces come, and they shrink when cooked. It is inappropriate for the establishment to treat paying customers with such disregard by providing them with whatever they desire without proper service standards. Next time, please verify your purchase at this location.

So I went in and ordered for me and my son. We get home and we are missing part of the order which is the fries!!!! DO YOU NOT OVER LOOK THE DAMN ORDER BEFORE HANDING IT OUT!!! Obviously you don’t!!!! Paid 14.07 and to have missing fries from an 8.00 meal. Yeah it’s only 8dllrs. But when you haven’t eaten because you had to fast for blood withdrawal and you buy something with the last that you had at the time. Just so that you can get you times down and labor down it’s ridiculous!!! DO BETTER!!! Let alone no one ever answers the phone when you call.

Where do i start i was Missing nuggets in one of my combos they sopos to be 10 they only gave me 6 !! I was Missing also 2 fries wish i had to go in and tell them. also the employees seem lost. My baconator fries looked soo dry the cheese was dry looked like it was there sence yesterday and they just thru them in the bag. i didnt even eat them good thing i looked before i left!! i was MISSING alot of things on my order!! evrything just was awful !!
