I hate that I have to do this, and give a bad review; however, I have to speak the truth. As I pull-up to the drive-thru, I say what I want and added an order of Nacho Fries on the side, and even rounded-up my order to the nearest dollar amount to help the students. So as I pull up to the window, I hand the guy my card and he gave me back my card w/ the receipt and my drink, so I noticed after reading the receipt, that the order had chicken tacos, and I asked the guy if he could replace it w/ beef instead, which he did; however, after I pulled off I noticed that I didn't have the rest of my order, which consisted of a chicken burrito as well, which I didn't receive, so I drove back around and parked my vehicle and went inside to tell them that, I also didn't notice that the receipt wasn't the right order in the 1st place until the guy at the counter told me so, which was odd, because I clearly spoke my order into the window. So after all and all, the order got fixed; however, they should've heard the right order in the 1st place, along w/ they didn't give me the sauces that went w/ the burrito, and I also didn't get any napkins. Please do better next time on getting the right order when the person says exactly what they want/need.
