  This location needs work. Ordered around 100 dollars worth of food for my family and the boneless looked old or cooked in old oil. Sandwiches missing items requested. I will not be going back to this location. If someone eats here for their first time trying Charley's, they probably would not try it again. The food I received would ruin a company's Brand

  I've asked kindly for my money back on 9/27/25 and patiently waited for it to be return to my bank current day 10/10/25. The guy who goes by the name Aldrin told me to wait a few days up to seven, so I did...nothing still. I asked for them to provide the owners number and they gave me the roundabout and said we don't have it. No card or anyway to contact her which I didn't bother giving my number due to them hanging up on customers who simply asked how to get contact with their Manager says a lot. I've tried to be reasonable with them but I'm not a charity just to give money away. To make it clear to the kid who thought I didn't notice you sneezing on my food should understand you had time to correct yourself and stopped to be honest with your consumers that it happened and I would have waited for another to be freshly made but instead you and that girl still served it to me knowingly what you've done. Due to my experience I wouldn't recommend this spot to anyone.
