- JJJohn JordanFeb 3, 20262.0Taco Bell has gone crazy. Just paid 18.00 for three tacos, a burrito supreme, cheese nachos (very small) and a tea that was barely brown. Also had to order at a kiosk because no one would come to the counter to take an order from me. Whatever happened to customer service? While there, a girl did come from the back and out into the dining area to grab trays off of the trash bin. Thought she would come back and clean tables but, no. I went to counter to get refill (since there wasn’t any tea in the dining room)and as I am walking up two guys came through the door and girl rushed up to counter to take their order and I would have had to wait for my refill if one of the guys hadn’t have been kind enough to let me get refill before he ordered. Thanks to him for being more observant and helpful than the staff. Bottom line, probably won’t go back to a Taco Bell unless they go back to serving their customers and at least acting like they want your business.
