- SSStephanie SchaeferFeb 21, 20265.0The team at Dunkin' saved the day and were so kind to me! I was hosting a bridal shower for my bestie on February 7, 2026 with the theme of "Love is Brewing." We had the tea options and hot water, but I had forgotten to place the order for the coffee (two Box O' Joe-s) in a timely manner. I quickly placed the order on the app and the team had it ready right when I arrived at the drive-thru! They also provided me with plenty of cups, cream, and sugar. I mentioned to the team member that I was also hunting for some ice. She stated that they didn't sell any bags of ice but she could provide me with cups of ice since the party was starting! She quickly put together a tray of ice cups and I was able to get back to the event just in time! I just want to thank and commend the amazing team who helped me when I was so stressed and ensured that one of the most important drink items was present! They really were so patient and helpful when I was so frantic and frazzled!

Tried calling the place and no one is picking up. This just happened 2/3/26 at 10:25am. Management should check who was working at this time. Horrible coffee and horrible service. I’ve purchased coffee here before and it never tasted like today. This coffee tasted old and rotten.

Why do you want them to make coffee? At 4 o’clock in the afternoon. The two men that we’re working there had no idea what they were doing very unsanitized.
