  Eric took my order. I told him to please make all my order in separate bags and he did. He was very, very pleasant and nice and professional. Brenda also was the cook and she was amazing and very sweet too! I definitely recommend this sonic!, Also I wanna add he should be a manager!. He seems like one and definitely got the attitude of one!

  We door dashed my mom is 82 and likes their food so sometimes it convenient we only live about 1 1/2 away and when our food got here the order was all messed up everything was cold the fries were old cold and greasy, I called several times to get some kind of compensation or for them to redo our order and I would have picked it up, but they let it ring and ring then they would picked it up no answer and would hang it right back up!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional and absolutely no customer service!!! I would give them a big fat zero if I could!!!

  My husband (a first responder) went to get just a little treat for me and him before the cold. He gets there and “oh that’s not a valid ID for first responders” EXCUSE ME?!?!?! MY HUSBAND IS A FIRST RESPONDER WITH A VALID ID/BADGE. They even have a sign that says “first responders and police officer discounts”. Mind you, I live right around the corner and I’ve been a great customer ever since it opened. THEY LOST A CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF THEY’RE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.🙃 Thanks. Because that’s how MY first responder was treated. Won’t happen again.
