Meh, whataburger messed up by franchising or whatever happened. Its like throwing the ball at the bottle in the fair. Almost a shoot match. It was good, then it sucked. Next time it was good but not correct, and vise versa. Ive only been to a few locations that really wowed me and they were originally family owned or before whatever happened with whataburger that changed everything.

On Easter Sunday we were headed home from my parents and wanted breakfast but knew we would not make it by 11am so I pre ordered online for pick up. Somehow the app defaults to 11pm instead of 11am. The manager at this location was super helpful and got our order completed although I’m the one who should have paid attention better. He was very polite, professional, and apologetic. In an age where customer service is extremely poor and lacking we were pleasantly surprised. Thank you for making sure we has a hot fresh breakfast Hillsboro Wataburger team!
