  Check your order if you hit the drive thru. Only been inside to make my order corrected or get sauce. But if you get no lettuce. Or no tomato better make sure before you leave. This is your warning

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Taco Bell. I spent over $70 on my order, only to receive food that was completely unacceptable. First, my order was incorrect, with several items missing or made wrong. On top of that, the food I did receive was poorly prepared— look like someone took my burrito, threw it on the floor, stomped on it, and then wrapped it up and in a burrito, the cheese was not even melted items barely had any meat at all, and anything that included potatoes was undercooked and hard. The taco salad shell was absolutely disgusting and tasted stale, like it had been sitting out far too long. To make matters worse, my drinks—especially the Baja Blast—had a strange chemical taste, making them undrinkable. I have tried contacting this location multiple times to resolve the issue, but every time I call, someone picks up the phone and immediately hangs up. That level of customer service is unacceptable. For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better quality and professionalism. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend this location to anyone unless serious improvements are made

  If I could give less than a 1-star review, believe me I most definitely would. We usually eat here about once a week, now we will never EVER eat here again. Think twice before using the app and expecting to get your food or refund. We order on app, they charged our bank, went to pull up receipt on app to pick up food and it's like the order had no existence but yet charged us for the food!?!?!?!?! Called up there as any normal person would to demand my pay for the food services back. Not only was the night manager laughing at us with other employees but completely refused the right to a refund. Said it had to be done through the app, but there is no sign of an existing order just our bank charges for that amount. The manager then couldn't even offer to get it fixed and make our food for us, although we got charged for it. Instead he kept saying we were being threatening for being upset we got robbed, LITERALLY robbed of the services and our money. Called next morning they said they can't do refund because the app is responsible for 3rd party refunds. Y'all are going to be sued if I do not get the money that was taken from our account from y'all (Taco Bell) in exchange for food services. Franchise or not, you are Taco Bell that is literally (Theft of paid services) we didn't receive the food or services yet y'all took our money?!?!?!?! I will be contacting corporate and hr as well as attorney. DO NOT EAT HERE. We are locals and have never experienced a problem like this. This is just sad and disgusting behavior from taco bell. I will be making higher up complaints.
