  The slowest McDonalds I have ever seen. The personnel didn’t understand what I want and made several mistakes in my order.

  So I go into McDonald's to grab a bite. When I received my food my fries were old and stale. So I go up to the worker by the counter and ask for new fresh fries. I go back to sit down and after a couple of minutes the employee motions me to go get my fries. Never ever apologized before or after. Not only that I had to go get my own fries. Typically when something is wrong with your order first they apologize. Second they'll bring the correct(ed) item to you and apologize. Well I didn't appreciate that. So I asked for the manager not once but twice. That person never came. So then I went to to the counter again and asked for a receipt (which I didn't get at any point) so I could get the number to corporate. I also asked for the name of the manager on duty because I would be calling corporate. The lady at the counter was rude and said I didn't need that information. I said yes because I've asked for them twice and no one came. She told me to call corporate and not to worry about the manager's name. I tell you McDonald's is NOTHING like it used to be. What a shame.

  I was running late for work and stopped in to grab a 10 piece and small fries . I hit the highway reaching into my bag and everything is cold . No hot fries or nuggets for me . And I have to work the next 12 hours . Tried calling when I got to work 3 times No answer, Do better McDonald's. How would you feel if this happened to you? Shame shame

  This evening, I tried to place a mobile order like I have many times. This time the app glitched during placement and charged my card the money that I had available for dinner, but the app didn’t send my order through to the restaurant nor shows proof of taking my money on the actual McDonald’s app. I arrived at the restaurant, showed them that my money had been taken from might account, as well as my points deducted, but I didn’t have a receipt on the app. They told me there was nothing that they could do about it, that I needed to call customer service. Even the manager dismissed me telling me all she could do was tell me to call customer service, which was very disappointing as a manager over a restaurant. No apology, no offering any other assistance. When I called Customer service, all they could tell me was that eventually my money would be refunded because no order was “picked up”, but they had no timeline because the only proof was that my points were deducted, they couldn’t see through my app account that they took my money. I am seven months pregnant and emotional and I just wanted some McDonald’s. I hoped for a little bit more kindness, understanding and assistance from my local McDonald’s when they see a pregnant lady who tells them that she just spent what money she had available for dinner and now that money was now unavailable to her for an unforseeable time.
