  We ordered online just to pick up , I get to the drive through window and get told to park and wait , after 15mnts I walk in and find all the workers on their phone , SMFH !!! This place went down the hill fast

  I came here around 9:40 pm and the teenager with faded red dyed hair at the window was rude and disrespectful she forgets to hand me my food and be rude when I tell her I didn't get my food then she slams the window closed after i asked her why she had an attitude. I will not be coming back here again because her customer service was definitely not up to par.

  Young african american man that was working the late night of 04/13/26 lied and said an order had already been picked up when I know for a fact it wasn't.

  This was by far THE WORST food I’ve ever gotten from taco bell. Five layer beefy burritos had a taco wheel with beef in a burrito with beans…. THATS IT! Soft tacos only had meat and cheese. The hard taco wash smashed and only had meat and cheese. The chalupa had two pieces of chicken on it. The quesadilla same and wasn’t even attempted to cut. I spent $35 on this garbage. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME. SAVE YOUR MINEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

  They have children working on their night crew who are very inattentive and play around on the work phone. Everytime ive been there, these little girls are always talking to someone who isn't ordering or playing on their phones. This has amounted to my order missing food a multitude of times. This last time was the last straw as the children working there decided that when I called back that they would make noises into the phone receiver and laugh in the background rather than actually handle my issue in which I was missing food. I called back again to request the mangers number and their names and they just kept playing on the phone.
