Now, I know the difference between hot, cold and lukewarm. The lady wanted to challenge me on how my food felt. She claimed to have called the driver and she was bringing the other part of my order, which will probably be cold. Some people need to be trained on conflict resolution and how to adhere to resolving issues, because whoever she was don't have neither!!
