Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Also, when I unwrapped my burger, the vegetables fell out including the bacon. When I called to this location, they told me that they would replace my meal. I mentioned if i needed to take my receipt for prove but the manager on the phone told be that i didn't need it. Later during the week i came bcak with my friend to get my free meal while he ordered his. Unfortunately, the front manger didn't have any record of my meal that was supposed to be remade. I had to explain myself and tell her the exact day that i called and who I spoke with. After going back and forth I finally got my order remade only to find out that burger was still not made correctly. And on top of that my friends meal took over 30 minutes for his meal to come out. Whoever is in charge of this restaurant needs to have a serious talk with their employees and have serious changes made to better serve thier customers.

Here is a screenshot on when the order was supposed to be ready and I highlighted the time it was actually ready. I thought the location was short staffed until I saw that the entire floor was filled with orange t-shirts and headsets. Mind you, I placed the order ahead of time and the line did not move an inch forward for a solid 10 minutes. People were frustrated that they began honking. To add a cherry on top, they ran out of the lemonade and they didn’t have any onion rings available for my order so I took the substitutions as is. Please do better.

Would expect for them since its slow to verify my order when taking my card. The person at drive thru i tell them the issue looks like a deer in front of headlights. Had to take my order as is!
