  By far one of the worst experiences I have had at a sonic, the management at this establishment are the worst I’ve ever seen. Upcharge for every little thing, even if it was their mistake that led to it they still charge you for it. Do not recommend this establishment at all go down to Teasley which has a much better run Sonic with a lot friendlier management team!

  My husband and I ran into an issue with our pick up order from DoorDash. Alejandro was patient in helping us resolve the issue and getting our food (at 11:50pm nonetheless) Give the man a raise!

  Very poorly trained staff. Drove in one of the stalls. Had to almost yell for them to tell me they couldn’t understand me. He comes out and instead of having a notepad to take my older, he tells me to drive to another stall. My patience being what it is I did only to start a conversation with someone different and she never responded. Done. Won’t be back to this one again.

  I am a frequent Sonic-goer and this Sonic location has the NICEST employees ever. Every time I go they are kind, helpful, and friendly! Thank you Hickory Creek Sonic Team!!!!

  Whoever those two girls are 7-8pm 02/28/2026 are unprofessional and childish. I had an error on my order and tried to fix it.. they both told us not to come back for whatever reason.. I tried to come back and talk to a manager but they locked the door before I even got off the truck and laughed.. it’s Crazy to think they’re running this business. I spent over 30.00 here, it all happened so fast.. bbb will also be notified so this doesn’t happen to anybody else.
