  The last straw! The service here sucks! Too many times they are slow, out of tea, cannot follow the drink I customized and just uneasy. Today I asked for unsweetened tea with lemon and Splenda but was handed an empty cup?? When I asked i was told no lemon but when I asked about tea since there was none at the self serve area, I was told they only had sweet tea. Then when I opened my bag, I found the Splenda packets. WT? I also HATE trying to park as folks entering the drive thru frequently block the parking spots. Getting out xan be a hassle when wanting to go north since it's a busy traffic corridor and cars backup at the intersection and dont leave a gap to get out. I frequently have to pull out by Qwik Kar so I can pull out into the left lane. I only come for breakfast because my child insists.We WERE a daily customer but that ends today! We will go to Jack or WhatABurger instead! At least I get what we order and get out onto the street without issues! And to McDonalds management, do not ask me to contact your customer service. They NEVER do anything to fix the issues at this location. We had been coming here for years and I have seen zero improvement. Since COVID, this is the worst location you have.

  Service is amazing now. Frappes need to be filled to brim. They used whip cream to cover up missing Frappe. Not a deal breaker but does add up wit that and the other dri ks they do that with. Give them another chance at this location if you havent been lately.

  I have been a dasher and have picked up from this location and I also have been a customer as well, I have seen positive changes at this location in the past 3 months service is kinda slow for mickey'ds But it's fresh!!!!! And they are honestly working on the customer service/friendliness and will give you an honest smile 😃

  Ordered a #2 on their breakfast menu but it smelled funky and tasted bitter. Definitely spoiled. Tried to call them to warn them but their phone line is disconnected. Super sus.

  Manager is rude. They wouldn't open breakfast until a hour after my online order and well , in the drive through , they literally shut the lights off and refused to give me my order when it was filled threw the app. I waited over a hour to get my order and the lady at the counter, did it.I tipped her five dollars because the manager wouldn't come out of the back office
