I approached the manager on duty (with dreadlocks) to raise a legitimate concern, and he barely acknowledged me at all. Instead of listening or acting like a professional, he was too busy gossiping, joking around, and messing about with teenage coworkers. I was left standing there feeling ignored and dismissed, like my time and concern meant absolutely nothing.

There were 3 cars ahead of us and I could hear and see the guy working the 2nd windows hollering and laughing with someone else. Then it sounded like a party with alot of loud laughing. Tried to see name tag but no one was in uniform or had name tags. Very disappointed in the service last night. Another car behind us left and went to Taco bell....wished I would have done the same...our food and fries were cold.
