  It’s a hit or miss when it comes to this location. This time my order arrived a full hour after being placed, it was cold and missing a dipping cup.

  What happened to Domino's in Hickory Creek?? 👎 I haven't had Domino's in awhile cause we've been having Pizza Hut lately and today my kids asked for Domino's and I agreed, IT WAS SHIT!!! My kids cheese pizzas were both almost BURT, I got some bone-in wings and they all were the size of my pinky, one bite, maybe two bites per wing. And I left a $6 tip and my kids couldn't even eat their pizza! Back to Pizza Hut I go!

  Edit: Crystal (I believe the owner of this location) sent me a gift card so I could try this Domino's location again, and I graciously accepted. Things went much better this time! As always the food was delicious, but this time it was ready upon arrival and the woman who grabbed my order was very pleasant. I'm changing my 2 stars for Service to 5 stars and the overall rating from 3 to 5 stars. Thanks again Crystal, we'll be back! I placed an order for pickup at roughly 6:05pm, with the app telling me the order would be ready for pickup in ~20 minutes. I was driving to the store when I saw on the app that the order was "boxed and ready for pickup" at 6:24pm. I arrived at the window at 6:39pm and after 3 times of the person working the window leaving to go try to find the order, I was asked to pull forward with no further direction. I said "pull forward? Or pull into a spot?" He said "pull into a spot". So I pulled into a spot and waited. 10 minutes went by and nobody came out or gave me any sort of update, so I went inside at 6:50ish and asked what was up. The person who had helped me at the window told me they couldn't find my food, but that they saw the order on their order list. I was told a delivery driver must have grabbed my order by mistake and they were remaking it. I then waited another 20 minutes before finally being handed my order with no apology, no offer of a discount/freebie, nothing, just "here you go." I asked if I could be compensated in some way for having to wait 30 minutes for them to remake my order and the same cashier from the window said "you can grab a soda on the way out." Better than nothing I guess. What really bothered me was the lack of accountability, zero apologies for their error, making me sit around waiting for 30 mins, and seemingly having my remake order being placed at the bottom of the order line when, in my opinion, it should have been prioritized and bumped to the front of the list (aka "on the fly!")... Especially since this was 100% their mistake. Food was delicious though!
