  I have bought this sandwich before and it was perfect, today I think they used one scoop of chicken for a footlong sub. I opened both sides thinking maybe it got all put on one side but no it was barely any chicken . I had vegetables like I ordered but this sandwich today was like a vegetable sandwich. Ordered online so I didn’t see it being made and I didn’t tip online but I did tip in cash when I picked up the order. Was thinking maybe since they didn’t see a tip online they shorten the chicken . I suggest go to the Subway on 84 and Lorena road. They give two scoops chicken for a foot long and actually 2.00 cheaper then 251 Hewitt rd.i did order two foot longs today , maybe they were running low on rotisserie chicken to make them both.

  Just picked up an online order. The sandwiches are made wrong once again. The 6” was made how the 12” was supposed to be made and the 12” how the 6” was supposed to be made. I do not recommend doing the online orders here. You need to watch them make it. The most frustrating part is that I always tip them as I feel they deserve it. I however hate tipping for a damn cold meat sandwich to be wrong anyways.

  Employees are really melancholy and impersonal. Bread was hard and stale tasting, I didnt get a toasted sub to make the bread hard. The fountain drinks mix ratio is off and nothing came out tasting well enough to drink.
