The manager there ( Kyle ) is a great guy and always welcomes everyone with a big smile. Gives you a good feeling when you walk in. Some places I feel like they just want me to get in and out as fast as possible so they don't have to deal with the customers

I then just asked for another flavor since I assumed that batch just needed to be dumped completely. When I asked politely for another flavor the lady at the window slammed it shut and threw my straw at it. Once she returned I told her that wasn’t necessary I was never polite and understanding, and would have happily settled for another flavor. She proceeded to slam the window again and walk off. Very disappointing behavior to experience.
