- ESEvonne StinnettFeb 13, 20261.0I come here all the time and never have any complaints.Today I visited and was given a watered down tea, so I asked for another one and was handed the same cup. I then just asked for another flavor since I assumed that batch just needed to be dumped completely. When I asked politely for another flavor the lady at the window slammed it shut and threw my straw at it. Once she returned I told her that wasn’t necessary I was never polite and understanding, and would have happily settled for another flavor. She proceeded to slam the window again and walk off. Very disappointing behavior to experience.
