  We pressed the button to order and waited more than 5 minutes and nobody answered until I started yelling if they were ever going to give me service and if they could hear me. They replied with a rude tone that they could hear me and if I pulled around they would take my order! Like why couldn’t they tell me that when I first pressed the button? Horrible customer service!!

  Waited well over 40 minutes for a kids corn dog meal and medium mozzarella sticks. Order came out COLD, MISSING ITEMS, and WRONG. Completely UNACCEPTABLE. Customer service was NONEXISTENT and the carhop who brought my order out was rude. Do better.

  Waited for over 30 minutes, when I called they said. Waiting to make it. Un acceptable. Very disappointed. Will not return.

  Food is good and all but the only issue is the wait for your food, I’ve been coming to sonic for 3 years now and this year the weight has been long I have to wait around 30-40 minutes for my food when it used to be 10-15 minutes

  This sonic used to have good service but lately it has been terrible. I decided to give them another chance which was a huge mistake. Never go here. We got our drinks at the drive through, one of which had a hole in the bottom and leaked for 30 minutes while we waited for the employee to come back to the window with our food. We ordered a cheeseburger all the way and a bacon cheeseburger all the way and when our food came out we got two completely plain cheese burgers, no veggies, no condiments. One of the plain cheeseburgers also had a long black hair in it. I walked into the store and returned the food and asked for a refund.
