Your staff is terribly rude and incredibly inconsiderate. Had there been a long line or crazy busy I could understand but they had neither.

Longest wait ever for them not being busy. I asked what was taking so long and was told patties were just being made for my order. That was at the 20 minute mark. After waiting this long they still got my food wrong.
