I tried to call the store placing my order through mobile app. The app isn't designed for leaving detailed remarks for oven baked subs other than checking boxes although you can leave limited( due to minimal text space) remarks. My order was placed in the middle of the lunch rush. I mention in the delivery remarks I was having trouble reaching the store. Jennifer called me within a couple minutes after I placed the order. The fact she called back so quick in the middle of a lunch rush was surprising. She was very kind, professional she went above and beyond my expectations,. kuddos to Jennifer. Now days, many in the fast food world do not take pride in their job and good customer service, its hit and miss. Thank you Domino's(Henderson)and kuddos once again to Jennifer for going the extra mile. It was very much apprecited! One happy customer here!!!
