I waited about 30 minutes before they finally opened the drive-thru window. The manager and another employee were inside but said they weren’t taking orders because they were doing inventory. So the store was basically closed because of that? It was frustrating, especially since they were clearly there.
After a while, the manager finally decided to take my order, but then told me they wouldn’t officially open for another 15–20 minutes. At that point, I would have been waiting close to an hour total.
This was really disappointing service. I was just passing through from another town and was looking forward to stopping at DQ, but the experience completely ruined it. Definitely not what I expected.

This location may be one of the oldest Dairy Queen spots in Texas, but that’s not a good thing here. It feels outdated and poorly maintained. The restaurant was visibly dirty, and I even saw a roach inside, which is a huge red flag for sanitation. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this place didn’t meet it. Management seriously needs to step it up.

This place has horrible customer service if it had a zero to put on it I would put a 0. I ordered a Nachos they would not put my jalapenos on the side I understand not being able to put jalapenos on the side but on the side of the actual plate that makes no sense. This place is the most horrible Dairy Queen I have ever seen I cannot believe they're still open for business.***** sir the manager was very rude as well. I was accosted while I was waiting for the food. The situation had calmed and he mad a bad situation worse

This place has horrible customer service and if you call I will pay you 50 bucks if they answer the phone. Not once have they ever answered. Also, their location will not sync with the app, so you never get to order unless you drive there and wait on their slower than sap service.
Also, a SMALL SHAKE is $9.99. Over 20 DOLLARS for a burger, fry and a drink. Dairy Queen used to be such a great place. Yall have lost your ever loving minds
