  I have had an issue every single time I’ve tried to order through my McDonald’s app at this location. There’s been a glitch with the 4 piece chicken nuggets for years. At least 3 years now, every mobile order I can recall making has been canceled or come through the system wrong and I’ve had to give them the order again at the window. Employees are aware of the problems with the code for that particular menu item too. I keep expecting it to be fixed when I visit since the store has had multiple years to address it, but no luck so far.

  Hate to leave a bad review but this place was horrible. Waited for 20 minutes and nobody knew what was going on. One of the employees was rude for no reason. Maybe I caught them on their worst day.

  My caramel frapechino tased like water I asked for my cash back Maria manager insulted me with her coworkers in Spanish. Immediately Debra helped me as Maria refused to give me her name. Debra kindly made the best frapechino with a smile.

  I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. They made me pull around stating waiting on the fries. ...I went in to get ketchup and the odd lady said they had none or she was slow cause she went and asked other employees and came ba k and said they had other sauces.They didnt have a counter with napkins and stuff like regular Mc Donald's stores. Anyway, I went back out to my vehicle and my food arrived by a nice lady that went and retrieved me a few ketchup packets. I didnt realize my fries were not full until I was already on 290... this was a bad experience. the fries were only a dollar but still they should have been full.
