- SBSavannah BattenfieldNov 16, 20251.0there were 2 old ladies working the day we came 11/16 at 2:30pm. They were so rude, complaining the whole time they were making sandwiches. We ordered on the app at 2:15, it said our order would be ready by 2:30. We walked in at 2:30 and we asked them about it and they haven’t even started the order. They can’t read, they asked me if there was no cheese on one of the sandwiches when on the online order ticket it said no cheese. They weren’t going to toast our sandwiches untill we asked if they were gonna toast them. The ticket said cheese on 2 sandwiches and one with no cheese. We asked if a sandwhich had cheese on it and they said no the ticket says 1 sandwhich with cheese and 2 without. They clearly can’t read. They were so rude, we said it was fine and they didn’t have to put cheese on it, then the old lady raised her voice and yelled at us what cheese after we said no cheese was fine. They need to be fired and not go back. They need to get their attitudes checked.
