I asked to redo it just a bit and all they did was throw it back on the grill and cooked it to well done. If I wanted well done I would have ordered well done. The amount of fat in and on the sirloin was disgusting. And since they cooked the steak well done the rest of the food on the plate, the shrimp and the fried onions were now cold. That was a very lazy way to try to do a better job! Worst part was that about an hour after I ate just a bit of it I threw it up. The server Adrian was great. Very attentive, friendly, knew the menu and made great recommendations to our family, I was just dealt a bad meal. Nice atmosphere, but the meal wrecked it for me. I don't plan to go back and would not recommend that you send your food back to the kitchen unless you want cold food or an overdone piece of meat.
